Our Leadership
With over 32 years of expertise in Automotive and High-Performance coatings. Presently working as a Director in Coat Tech Aesthetics founded by seasoned paint technologists. Specializes in industrial blasting, painting process development, and large-scale project management. Leadership is rooted in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles, ensuring every project adheres to the highest Safety and Quality pillars.
A seasoned industry expert with 31 years of comprehensive experience spanning Technical Marketing and Production Management within the surface coating sector. Following a distinguished 17-year tenure at Tata Motors Ltd as a Production Officer in the Paint Shop, Vivek transitioned into entrepreneurship and academia. Currently serving as the Director of Coat Tech Aesthetics Pvt Ltd, he combines deep technical "shop-floor" expertise with strategic business leadership.
Beyond his corporate roles, Vivek is a dedicated educator, contributing his expertise as a Faculty member for MITCON Pune and currently serving as a Visiting Faculty for the M.Sc. Paint Technology course at Mumbai University's Garware Institute.
